Dr. Shabeer Hassim is a 2000 graduate of the Medical University of South Africa and has recently completed his Masters in Laser Dentistry at Aachen University in Germany (2019). Dr. Hassim is also a citizen of the United Kingdom and spent most of his formative years working in the NHS and as a private dentist in Watford UK.

In 2010 Dr. Hassim started a private practice in South Africa and now runs a highly advanced general dental practice in Durban on the beautiful east coast of South Africa. He has been involved with dental lasers since 2014 and currently uses four different wavelengths of dental lasers in his everyday practice. Dr Hassim has a keen interest in laser dental bleaching and his thesis dissertation involved comprehensive research in this field.

Dr. Prashanth Balakesavan brings more than 14 years of Clinical experience. He did his Masters in Dental Surgery (Periodontology and Oral Implantology) along with his private practice. Dr. Prashanth has placed Implants, done Periodontal surgeries as a specialist consultant in India and he has undergone Implant fellowship at Pune, India. He is an expert in minimally invasive Dental Implantology. He gives utmost importance to patient care and comfort during dental procedures. He has been a visiting scholar on invitation by School of Dental Medicine, Stony Brook University, New York, USA in 2011. He is also a visiting consultant Periodontist and Oral Implantologist at Sunrise Hospital, Kochi, India. He has also done his Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital and Health Care Management. He also acquired Master of Science in Lasers In Dentistry from the prestigious Aachen University, Germany.

Dr Johnny Chan’s approach to dentistry is “to provide the best services by continue learning from the best”. After graduating with double degrees in Bachelor of Dental Surgery and Bachelor of Science in Dental Research in 1997 at the University of Sydney Australia, Dr Chan continues his learning from numerous continuing education courses. Dr Chan’s recent qualifications include: Postgraduate Diploma in Dental Implantology in 2013 from Charles Sturt University, Australia; Master in Laser Dentistry in 2017 from LA&HA;, Slovenia and Master of Science in Lasers in Dentistry 2019 from RWTH Aachen University, Germany. In addition, Dr Chan is currently studying Graduate Diploma of Orthodontics and Master of Science in Medicine (Sleep Medicine) in Australia. In 2019, Dr Chan also became a fellow of Pierre Fauchard Academy.

Dr Chan is a private practitioner at the south coast of Sydney Australia and has been using lasers in his practice every day. Dr Chan has experiences in using Diode, Nd:YAG and Er:YAG lasers.

Dr. Shehbaz is a graduate of Bachelor of Dentistry (BDS) from Lahore Medical and Dental College, Lahore, batch of 2009. He did his certification in Othodontics (C-ortho) from Islamabad dental programes. He has experience of Private practice for almost 9 years. His sincerety with patients and a strict cross infection control protocol earned him the respect and loyalty of patients through out the city and beyond. A perfectionist by nature, his vision is to expand his dental practice to ultimate heights, to ensure top class standards of patient treatment and care. He is also a part of Public health sector as he has done Masters in Public Health, from Sarhad University, Islamabad in 2011. A furthur Double Masters, MSc lasers in dentistry from Germany 2019, adds to his list of academic career. He is one of the pioneers of lasers in dentistry, in Pakistan. He uses lasers regularly at his private practice.
